Terms of Service & Pilgrimage Agreement
Welcome to MohammadTravels. By booking an Umrah package through our website, mobile application, or offline reservation portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Financial Policies
All reservations require an initial registration deposit to secure flight allocations from Delhi/Noida hubs and immediate hotel blockings in Makkah and Madina.
Full package pricing (₹75,000 for Economy, ₹90,000 for Deluxe, and ₹125,000 for Luxury) is verified based on standard sharing accommodations. Any requests for private or double rooms will alter the final pricing structure.
2. Passport and Documentation Accountability
Pilgrims must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure.
While MohammadTravels provides comprehensive processing and facilitation for the Umrah Visa, final approval or rejection remains entirely at the discretion of the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Flight and Transport Adaptations
Flight itineraries feature round-trip direct connections to Jeddah. Any operational delays, rescheduling, or baggage liabilities are subject to the carrier airlines’ strict guidelines.
Ground and internal transport transfers (Jeddah to Makkah, hotel shuttles, and inter-city Ziyarat tours) are managed in standard group air-conditioned buses. Individual private transit requests will be charged additionally.
4. Hotel and Amenities Regulations
Distance metrics (such as 800m for Makkah hotels and 300m for Madina hotels) are mapped carefully based on standard pedestrian walking lines. 24/7 shuttle service availability is dependent on local traffic conditions enforced by Saudi municipal authorities around the Haram.
Complimentary inclusions like laundry facilities, Umrah Kits, and 5-liter Zamzam water allocations are bound strictly to availability limitations set during peak travel cycles.
5. Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
Due to advanced group bookings for air tickets and hotels near the holy sites, cancellation charges will strictly apply based on how close the cancellation request is made relative to the scheduled departure date. Detailed slabs will be provided during the final billing onboarding.
